Job Description/Responsibility

Full time higher management position & directly accountable to the Board of Directors with strategic plans for the development of business.
The incumbent will be responsible for overall administration and management of the company.
He has to lead a team comprising of higher number of staff members including development staff in procuring General Insurance Business.
He will be responsible for ensuring sustained growth of the company and maintaining liaison with different government, non government organization & related regulatory authorities.

The Chief Executive Officer should posses a strong personality, exposure & vast knowledge of insurance sector. He should have a clear conception in all prevailing Rules & Regulations of Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) relating to the General Insurance Business.
He should be innovative, creative and should have the ability to meet the risk and challenges in a competitive market with dynamic outlook.
The incumbent should comply necessary qualification mentioned in Insurance Act 2010, and Insurance Regulations 2012, regarding appointment/termination of Chief Executive Officer and having at least 15 years practical experience in a senior position of which at least 3 (three) years as Additional Chief Executive Officer/ Additional Managing Director in a reputed General Insurance Company.
